Bhavachithra movie production and distribution firm established by G Jaykumar as its proprietor started in the year 1990. It's maiden venture 'Permthachan', acclaimed by the press and public alike won gold medal from the President of India. Perumthachan has received almost all awards prevailing in the country at that time including National Awards, Kerala State Awards -4, Kerala film critics awards -5, Filmfare award, Film fans association award and Cinema express award. This film has also been screened in many prestigious International Film festivals.

Besides Perumthachan the production house has to it's credit few pathbreaking movies like Padheyam, Kallukondoru Pennu etc.

Over a period of one and half decade Bhavachithra has distributed many eventful movies in different languages. The whole journey has been an enriching experience that galvanises us to venture into many more meaninful activities.

We have entered into the homes and hearts of Malayalees across the globe through our media production house Rosspetals contents. Our maiden venture was 'Sagaram' in Doordarshan and 'Kurukshetram' in Amritha TV. Our present venture 'Kumkumapoovu' has captured the imagination of the masses attractinv maximum viewership.
